How much does a concrete patio cost?
It depends on size, finish, and site prep. A plain broom-finish slab is the most affordable, and stamped or colored work costs more for the added labor and materials. We give you an exact number after we see the space.
Will my patio crack?
We build in control joints so the slab can move with temperature and moisture without random cracking. Combined with a solid base and the right mix, that keeps a patio flat and clean for the long haul.
How long before we can use it?
Foot traffic is usually fine after a couple of days. For furniture and full use we like to give it about a week to cure, and a little longer if we sealed a stamped surface.
Can you build the patio around a fire pit or seating wall?
Yes. We pour patios with built-in fire pit surrounds, seating walls, and steps as part of the same job so it all ties together and drains as one surface.
Can you extend my existing patio?
Usually, yes. We tie a new pour into the existing slab and match the finish as close as concrete allows. We will tell you honestly how well the two sections will blend before we start.
